Always a great visit. Heather takes her time and listens to you. Educated me so I could understand. The ladies up front are wonderful as well. Would not want to go anywhere else.

I’m a first time customer. I was very impressed with how well the clinic was accessible. I was also impressed by the knowledge of the staff! I received the most comprehensive hearing test that I had ever received. The instruction as well as the results were explained in a manner that was very understandable. I will definitely continue being a client. I would recommend them highly!!
I have had many job related hearing exams in my 35 yrs career but Dr. Dooley's exam was the most comprehensive and complete exam I have ever experienced. She was professional, detailed and to the point clear explaining the results. The staff was equally professional providing a stress free environment. I highly recommend Dr. Heather Dooley and staff for all your hearing related issues.
Quick appointment, within two days. A little wait at the time of appointment but excused since Heather seems to put a lot of personal attention into her interview/examination. As my hearing isn't too bad, I was able to come away with a graph paper showing what my hearing loss looks like as a benchmark. Thank You!
